FAQ

  • What age groups do you train?

I train players of ages 5-17 with skill levels— from young beginners to high school athletes looking to sharpen their game.

  • What can I expect from a typical session?

Each session is tailored to the player's needs, but generally includes a warm-up, skill development (e.g., shooting, ball handling, footwork), and conditioning with game-like drills.

  • Where are sessions held?

Training is typically held at local gyms or outdoor courts. I can also travel to a location that's convenient for you (depending on availability).

  • What happens if we cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or receive a refund.

  • How long is each session?

Most sessions are 60 minutes, but 90-minute options are available upon request.

  • What does my child need to bring?

Bring a basketball, water bottle, athletic clothes, and good basketball shoes. Optional: towel, notebook, and positive attitude!

  • How often should I train?

It depends on your goals, but most athletes train 1–3 times per week. Consistency is key to improvement.

  • Do you offer 1-on-1 and group sessions?

Yes! I offer both. One-on-one sessions are great for personalized development, while group sessions can focus on team play, competition, and situational drills.

  • Can you help with game preparation or tryout readiness?

Absolutely. We can focus sessions on conditioning, confidence, and skill refinement to prepare you mentally and physically.

  • Do you provide progress tracking or feedback?

Yes. I give real-time coaching and ongoing feedback. Long-term clients receive periodic assessments to track improvement.

  • How do I book a session?

You can contact me directly by phone, email, or through my booking page (insert link/info). Slots fill quickly, so booking in advance is recommended.

  • Do you offer training packages or discounts?

Yes—ask about multi-session packages or group rates to save money while staying consistent with your training.
